1-on-1 Coaching

Coaching SessionPersonal Development

1-on-1 coaching sessions provide personalized, focused support tailored to your specific goals, challenges, and context. Unlike courses or group sessions, coaching is fully adaptive and centers on what is most relevant for you at the time of each session.

1-on-1 coaching sessions offer a focused, personalized space for clarity, reflection, and intentional progress. Unlike courses, webinars, or workshops that follow a predefined structure, coaching sessions are fully tailored to your context, questions, and goals.

Each session centers on what is most relevant for you in the present moment. This may include navigating decisions, understanding patterns that are holding you back, clarifying values and priorities, or designing realistic next steps that fit your life circumstances. The work is guided, structured, and reflective, but never generic or prescriptive.

Through guided conversation, targeted questions, and evidence-informed frameworks, coaching sessions help you slow down complex situations, examine them from multiple perspectives, and reconnect actions with meaning and intention. Attention is given not only to what you want to change, but also to the emotional and cognitive factors that influence how you make decisions and sustain effort over time.

Coaching sessions can be used as standalone conversations or combined across multiple sessions to support deeper exploration, ongoing alignment, and accountability. The pace, focus, and depth are adjusted based on your needs, readiness, and capacity for change.

By the end of each session, you leave with increased clarity, a grounded sense of direction, and concrete insights or next steps that feel realistic, coherent, and personally relevant.

What you'll learn:

  • Clarifying goals, values, and priorities when direction feels unclear or fragmented.
  • Navigating personal or professional transitions, uncertainty, or periods of stagnation.
  • Understanding recurring emotional or behavioral patterns that interfere with progress.
  • Improving decision-making, self-regulation, and follow-through under stress or pressure.
  • Designing realistic action plans that align with personal values and available resources.
  • Building resilience, perspective, and self-awareness over time.

Frequent Questions & Answers

How do I schedule a coaching session?

To get started, you’ll first need to purchase "coaching credits", which are used to book coaching sessions. If it’s your first time, we recommend beginning with a single coaching credit so you can explore the process and make sure the coach is the right fit for your needs. Once you have coaching credits, booking a session is simple: select your preferred coach, review their available time slots, and choose the one that works best for you. The system automatically adjusts to your local time zone, and once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a calendar invitation with a secure Zoom link for your session.

What is one-on-one coaching and how does it work?

One-on-one coaching is a personalized conversation between you and a coach focused entirely on your goals, challenges, and growth. Unlike group programs or general advice, each session is tailored to your unique situation. Your coach will ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and guide you toward clarity, new perspectives, and practical strategies. Sessions usually take place online and last for 55 minutes.

Tip: Bundles lower the per-session cost and make weekly cadence easy.

What topics can I bring to a coaching session?

You can bring any personal or professional challenge you’d like to explore. Our coaching is designed to meet you where you are and guide you step by step. We often begin with knowing yourself and building a healthy sense of self-esteem, self-worth, and self-image. From there, we explore self-knowledge, helping you recognize blind spots, biases, and cognitive patterns that shape how you see the world.

We also work through the dimensions of life (physical, social, emotional, occupational, intellectual, spiritual, and environmental) to identify where growth and balance are most needed. Many clients choose to develop emotional intelligence, strengthen communication and relationships, and understand their attachment style. Others focus on decision-making, including critical thinking, career progression, time management, or leadership skills.

Finally, for those ready to go deeper, coaching supports journeys of self-actualization and even self-transcendence for connecting personal growth with purpose and contribution.

In short: whether you want clarity in your personal life, stronger relationships, or tools for professional advancement, our sessions are fully tailored to your goals.

How is coaching different from therapy or mentoring?

Coaching is about moving you forward. While therapy often focuses on healing the past and mentoring usually involves receiving advice from someone more experienced, coaching is a collaborative process built around your present and future. We work with you to clarify your goals, strengthen your mindset, and design practical steps that lead to lasting progress.

What makes coaching unique is that the solutions don’t come from us telling you what to do, they come from guided conversations that uncover your own clarity, strategies, and strengths. This way, you build skills you can use for life, whether that’s making better decisions, improving relationships, or creating more balance and purpose.

Do I need to prepare anything before my coaching session?

No special preparation is required. Just bring yourself and whatever is on your mind. Coaching is designed to meet you where you are, whether you arrive with a clear goal or simply a feeling that you want something to change. Your coach will guide the conversation so you don’t need to have everything figured out in advance.

To help you make the most of your time, our platform allows you to write a short description of your session objective and share any details in advance. This way, your coach already has a better understanding of your needs before you meet, and you can dive straight into meaningful conversation instead of spending time on background information.

How confidential are coaching sessions?

Confidentiality is at the heart of our coaching. All sessions are held online in a private, secure environment and are never recorded. What you share in a session stays between you and your coach.

We also protect your information outside the session. We do not store, write down, or capture any details you provide during coaching. If you choose to share objectives or notes with your coach before a session, those messages are automatically deleted once the session ends. This ensures your privacy is fully respected at every step of the process.

Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes. You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 3 days before the scheduled time. When you do so, the coaching credit used for that booking will be automatically returned to your account, allowing you to rebook at a more convenient time. This policy helps ensure fairness for both clients and coaches.

Tip: you can find the "Cancel" button in the "Appointments" page, after you log in.

What happens if I miss a session without canceling?

If a session is unattended and has not been canceled within the allowed time frame, the coaching credit allocated to that session will be considered used and cannot be refunded. To protect the value of your credit, we recommend making adjustments within the cancellation window whenever possible.

Can I get a refund for unused coaching credits?

Coaching credits give you complete flexibility as they never expire and can be used at any time for a coaching session that fits your schedule. However, please note that credits are not transferable and non-refundable once purchased. Because of this, we recommend starting with a single coaching credit if you’re still exploring your goals or want to see how well one of our coaches matches your needs. This way, you can experience the process with full confidence before choosing a larger package.

Will I see my coach’s availability in my timezone?

Yes. All available time slots (for the next 3 weeks) are displayed in your timezone as set during registration. This ensures clarity and avoids scheduling errors, especially if your coach is located in a different region.

Can I choose my own coach?

Yes. You are free to choose whichever coach you feel most comfortable working with. After purchasing coaching credits, you can book a session directly with the coach of your choice in any available time slot. Many clients appreciate the flexibility to explore different perspectives by working with more than one coach.

What if I don’t feel the coach is a good fit for me?

Coaching works best when there is trust and personal connection. If after your first session you feel the fit is not quite right, you are welcome to try a session with the other coach. We actually recommend starting with a single coaching credit for your first booking, so you can experience the process and decide which coach best matches your style and goals before committing to a larger package.

Can I switch coaches later?

Absolutely. You are never locked in to one coach. With your coaching credits, you can book sessions with either coach at any time, depending on your needs or preferences. Some clients even choose to work with both coaches over time, gaining different perspectives that complement each other.

Do coaches have specific specialities (career, relationships, productivity, etc.)?

All coaches follow the same structured development approach, beginning with self-knowledge and self-worth, emotional intelligence, exploring biases and patterns of thinking, addressing life dimensions and improving quality of life, and moving into decision-making and long-term growth. However, our current coaches brings unique interests and strengths:

  • Vlad focuses more on self-knowledge, emotional intelligence, relationships, and spirituality.
  • Andrei has a stronger emphasis on career growth, dating, learning, critical thinking, and decision-making.

This means you can choose the coach whose style and interests best align with the areas you’d like to focus on, while still benefiting from a consistent overall framework.

Can I do coaching if I suffer from anxiety, depression, or other psychological conditions?

Our coaching is designed to provide guidance, clarity, and practical tools for personal growth, not medical or therapeutic treatment. We are not licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, or healthcare providers. If you are currently under the care of a medical professional or suspect you may have a mental health condition, please consult with them first to confirm whether coaching is appropriate for you. Coaching should complement, not replace, professional care.

If you are experiencing panic attacks, depression or depression-like symptoms, thoughts of harming yourself or others, or suicidal thoughts, coaching is not the right solution. In these situations, it is essential that you seek immediate help from a qualified health professional or call your local emergency services. Your safety and well-being must come first.
